Listing Opportunity Finder

Upload a sold-inventory export to see which parking lots sell the most, especially on StubHub. Each event lists the lots that sold, and the Lots tab ranks every lot across all its events.

Columns read: E Customer (the marketplace), K Category, M Event Name, N Event Date, O Venue, R Section (the parking lot), U QTY, Z Unit Cost, AA Total Cost, AB Total (sale), AD Profit, AE % Profit Margin. Each row is one order.

Margin is total profit ÷ total sales for the group, the same formula as column AE but weighted by order size. Avg profit is total profit ÷ number of orders. Lot names are matched without the walking distance in brackets, so "LOT W (0.3 MI WALK)" and "LOT W (0.5 MI WALK)" count as one lot.

Score (0–100): 60% number of orders, ranked against everything else in the current file, plus 40% the share of those orders sold on StubHub. A row with many orders, all from StubHub, scores highest. Ties go to the row with more orders, then more StubHub orders.
